		<description>It&#039;s great to see worthy people of color being acknowledged.  I once heard you remark that someone helped you when you were unknown and that you felt the responsibility to pay it forward.  I&#039;ve been finding that you can&#039;t even be heard without a referral.  How does one get a referral when one doesn&#039;t know anyone?  Keep on doing it.  I&#039;ve been a fan since Reno.</description>
